As part of the Tech2Link project, the Technology Transfer & Innovation Handbook has been developed as a practical resource covering intellectual property protection, technology transfer performance measurement, economic impact, commercialization of research results, and startup creation.
The handbook aims to strengthen the capacities of universities and innovation professionals while promoting collaboration between academia, business, and society across the Western Balkans.
